  • Claims submitted after this period will not be considered, and it shall be presumed that any defects arose from handling or environmental factors beyond the manufacturer's responsibility.

  • Post-delivery payment terms are not accepted unless explicitly agreed upon in the contract. In cases where the payment is guaranteed by an insurance company, quality claims within the 14-day window are required to delay or dispute payment. Otherwise, the financial obligations remain valid under the contract terms.

  • Clients have the right to request documentation of quality certifications, production standards, and origin declarations upon purchase.

5. Distributor Rights

  • A client purchasing 1,000 m³ of timber products annually is entitled to request exclusive distribution rights for a defined territory or market.

  • Exclusivity may be granted based on mutual agreement, including clearly defined geographic scope, product categories, and performance benchmarks.

  • The distributor's performance shall be evaluated at the end of the one-year period based on:

    • Annual sales volume

    • Marketing efforts and representation

    • Compliance with Nordic B’s brand identity and visual standards

6. Limitation of Liability
